| 8800b Turnkey | Altair 8800B Turnkey Module. This board has a serial port, four 1702A prom sockets, auto-start logic, sense switches, and address switches. The original board has 1K of RAM. Newer verisions, remove or disable the RAM and optionally disable the proms after an output to IO port FF. This allows 64K of RAM after booting, without conflict with the prom addresses. |
